Last time I shared my recipe for hummingbird cupcakes. You can use your favourite icing on these cupcakes, but I like this cream cheese recipe.

Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream
cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, room
temperature
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread or pipe onto each cupcake.
