A nest of spinach (or other tasty greens) is also good. Plus some chopped tomatoes.
ReplyDeleteA delicious idea!
Those are some great ideas!
DeleteSo basic and easy. We should all know these quick and easy recipes. I would love this for dinner, too!
ReplyDeleteLOVE!! Will definitly try this one, perfect lazy Sunday morning breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI really like the idea of the baked eggs, and it could be fun to add different things to the casserole dish! Also for a family meal it would be neat to have personal casserole dishes and each person could create their own, like a personalized pizza - thanks for the recipe! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea! Serve up a selection of options and let everyone choose their own!
DeleteI really like that cover!
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing about baked eggs. I may just have to try this recipe. Thanks. Great book I am sure
ReplyDeleteThis is such an easy recipe and so many ways to make it. Thank you for the idea.
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious. I think that my kids would actually eat it. I can't wait to make it for them to try.
