voice mail, PTO events, oh, and
After almost eleven years of marriage,
I've got it," it does not mean something served from
a styrofoam box or carton or paper wrapper.
Garlic-Paprika Chicken.
Ingredients:
Chicken quarters (4-6)
Paprika
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
Wash the chicken quarters and pat dry.
Place the chicken meaty side up in a lightly oiled
13 X 9 X 2 baking dish.
Rub the chicken with more oil, then generously sprinkle
with garlic salt, paprika and black pepper.
Bake at 350 for one hour or until the juices run
clear. Does it get any easier or more delish than
this?
Congratulations to Helen K. I can't wait to use your secret ingredient!
Ahh... If only I could have garlic. It looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteLooks like supper to me! I'm going to have one of those days where it doesn't stop--this looks like a plan. :)

This looks yummy and even this non-cook can make.
ReplyDeleteI love stick-it-in-the-oven-and-forget-it recipes. Perfect for busy days. I've rediscovered paprika, too. What a fabulous spice. Makes such a difference on meats.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a great HUB!

I think this sounds wonderful and I am going to try it tonight. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great way to use the smoked paprika that I love! My hubby loves making big breakfasts on the weekends, but isn't much of a dinner cook :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like my sort-of-a-cook husband could handle this one! Incoming!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is really easy. I may opt to try it tonight! Thanks, Jenn!

(whose husband can make breakfast, but that's about it!)
Here I was wondering what to have for supper that wasn't greasy. A perfect recipe, quick and simple. Thanks, can't wait to try it out.
ReplyDeleteThanks, all! Life has been a bit chaotic in
ReplyDeleteMcKinlay-Orf land lately, so I do feel very lucky
to have a Hub who can step up to the dinner
plate. LOL.
Simple and delicious! Love it!
ReplyDeleteSending props to your Hub. A great, easy, delish recipe!
ReplyDeleteAnd I feel you on the marry-a-man-who-can-cook philosophy! (It's mine, too, lol!)
