They come in various sizes, shapes, and colors. My favorite fudge is dark chocolate, but I like how vanilla fudge absorbs flavors. My Rose Garden Fudge in Book 2 is pungent and I hope pleasant. I prefer the dried cherries because they're so easy to work with. I chop them up for a confetti effect, too.
