This sounds wonderful! It'd be Christmas breakfast here for sure, but we've had a freak snow storm hit here in Texas (it was 78 degrees yesterday) and my kitchen is missing a few of these ingredients (unless I could drain canned tomatoes and skip the avocado?)

Christmas breakfast here is usually gingerbread and oranges because I save all my cooking energy for later in the day. But since I'm not hosting after all, we'll do a big breakfast buffet after presents. Christmas is such a great day, isn't it? So much fun. And such great food. This frittata looks fabulous!
