After closing the hinged grate place a metal pan with water for more moisture. Perfect for a Weber kettle. Home Depot sells the hinged grates. Sometimes they have the holders or rails for keeping the coals to one side. I prefer coals on one side.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15610508387315408650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309470395783938361.post-46295230920773838952015-09-16T02:54:59.025-04:002015-09-16T02:54:59.025-04:00Put the bacon wrapped pork in a pan with some oil ...Put the bacon wrapped pork in a pan with some oil over medium heat until the bacon is nicely seared on all sides, about 1o min then bring to the grill.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09608199419088830302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309470395783938361.post-5793452437202901932014-08-06T21:34:27.817-04:002014-08-06T21:34:27.817-04:00Oh, I wish I had had this recipe last week when al...Oh, I wish I had had this recipe last week when all of our kids were here and we had a pork loin on the grill! But yes, the gas is a little easier to keep a steady heat. ;)

Daryl Daryl Wood Gerber a.k.a. Me, I'm limping along with a 20-year-old Weber bucket, and the charcoal usually gives up far too early. But this sounds delicious!Sheila Connollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05165644581595919711noreply@blogger.com
