Next week, I'll have a new recipe for you. As you can see, today I’m sharing a peek at some of the recipes you’ll find in A Brew to a Kill.
This blog has been my testing ground for some of the recipes that appear in my new book, and you might find it interesting to know that I consider MLK to be a kind of mad scientist's culinary lab.
We mystery writers have as many "Oh, darn," moments as "Eurekas!" when plotting the twists and turns of our tales, and recipe creation and testing is no different. Happy surprises and epic fails are part of any creation process, and this blog has been a fun place to experiment with dishes before publication.
I hope you all will continue to follow us here at MLK, and keep commenting, because I know we're going to have a great time together as we move into the exciting fall and holiday cooking seasons. We have some fun theme weeks planned and great new releases coming from my fellow crime writing cooks.
In the meantime, I hope you'll join me at Fresh Fiction.com this week. Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog post there if you'd like the chance to win a signed copy of A Brew to a Kill and an official NYPD coffee mug.
In the meantime, may you always...
